From Narodni trg (People's Square) in the city center, walk southeast on Ulica Špire Brusine. Continue until you reach the intersection with Ulica Andrije Hebrang, then turn left. Walk until you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Ulica Zrinsko Frankopanska. Cross the street and continue straight for about 300 meters, then turn right onto Sokolska ulica. The Puppet Theater Zadar will be on your left. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. No costs are involved.
