Walking
Zadar Walking Tour is located at Narodni trg 4, in the heart of Zadar's Old Town. From most points within the Old Town, reaching Narodni trg is easily done by foot, following the main street (Široka ulica, also known as Kalelarga) or the signs pointing towards the city center. No costs are involved.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus to the main bus station, take bus line 2 or 4 towards the Old Town. Get off at the 'Mala posta' bus stop, which is a short walk to Narodni trg. A single bus ticket costs around €1.50 and can be purchased from the driver or at a kiosk. Alternatively, from the bus station, you can walk to the Old Town in approximately 20 minutes.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available at the main bus station and other locations around Zadar. A taxi ride from the main bus station to Narodni trg will cost approximately €10-€15, depending on traffic and the taxi company. Ensure the driver uses the taximeter or agree on a price beforehand.
Parking
Parking within the Old Town is very limited and mostly pedestrianized. Several parking garages are located just outside the Old Town walls, such as the one at 112. brigade. Hourly parking rates range from €0.80 to €1.59 in Zone 1 during the summer. Cheaper options are available further away from the center. Be prepared for a 5-10 minute walk to Narodni trg from these parking locations.
