If you are in the city center, head to Trg bana Jelačića, the main square of Zagreb. From the square, look for the tall building located at Ilica 1a. The entrance to the Zagreb 360° observation deck is on the ground floor of that building. If you are coming from Ban Jelačić Square, simply walk towards the Ilica street and you will see the building directly in front of you.

If you are further from the center, take tram number 1, 6, 11, or 12 and disembark at the 'Trg bana Jelačića' tram stop. Upon exiting the tram, you will find yourself in the main square. From there, proceed towards Ilica 1a, which is just a short walk away. Look for the building with the entrance to the observation deck on the ground floor.
