Walking
If you are in the city center, start at Ban Jelačić Square (Trg bana Josipa Jelačića). From the square, head southeast on Ilica Street. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Vlaška Street. Turn left onto Vlaška Street and walk for approximately 300 meters. Then, take a right onto Ul. Hrvatske bratske zajednice. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will find the Zagreb Fountains on your left.

From Ban Jelačić Square, take tram line 6 or 11 from the tram stop located on the square. Ride for 3 stops and get off at the 'Trg Franca Lehar' stop. After disembarking, walk southeast on Ul. Hrvatske bratske zajednice for about 300 meters. The Zagreb Fountains will be on your right.
