From the center of Kaptol, head towards Kaptol Cathedral (Zagrebačka katedrala) located at Kaptol 5. Once you reach the cathedral, walk past it and continue along Kaptol Street until you reach the intersection with Radićeva Street. Turn left onto Radićeva Street and continue straight until you see the stairs that lead up to Lotrščak Tower. Follow the stairs up to Strossmayerovo šetalište, where you will find Lotrščak Tower at number 9.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a tram from the nearest tram stop to Kaptol Cathedral. Board tram line 6 or 11 and travel to the 'Trg bana Josipa Jelačića' stop. From there, exit the tram and walk towards Ilica Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Radićeva Street. Turn left onto Radićeva Street and follow it to the stairs leading up to Lotrščak Tower. Ascend the stairs, and you will find the tower located at Strossmayerovo šetalište 9.

For a scenic route, you can walk to the nearest funicular station located at Tomićeva Street. Start from Kaptol Cathedral, head down Kaptol Street, and turn right onto Tkalčićeva Street until you reach the funicular station. Purchase a ticket for the funicular (approximately 4 HRK) and take it up to the top. Once you exit the funicular, follow the signs to Lotrščak Tower, which is a short walk away at Strossmayerovo šetalište 9.
