Walking
If you are starting from Ban Jelačić Square, head southeast towards Ilica Street. Continue straight onto Ilica for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Tkalčićeva Street. Turn left onto Tkalčićeva and walk until you reach the end, where it meets Radićeva Street. Turn right on Radićeva, then take the first left onto Strossmayerovo šetalište. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will see Lotrščak Tower on your right.
Public Transport
From the main tram station at Trg bana Josipa Jelačića, take tram number 6 or 11 towards the 'Črnomerec' or 'Dubrava' direction. Get off at the 'Mali Kaptol' stop. From there, walk uphill along Kaptol Street, then turn left onto Strossmayerovo šetalište. Continue walking for about 150 meters, and you will find Lotrščak Tower on your left.
Walking
If you are near the Zagreb Cathedral, exit towards Kaptol Square. Walk down Kaptol Street and turn right onto Strossmayerovo šetalište. Continue along this path for about 300 meters, and you will see Lotrščak Tower ahead on your left side.
