If you're starting from Ban Jelačić Square, head southeast towards the main street (Ilica). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Trg Kralja Tomislava. The monument is located in the square directly in front of you, surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Tram
From the main tram station at Trg Bana Josipa Jelačića, take tram line 6 or 11 in the direction of 'Savski Most'. Get off at the 'Trg Kralja Tomislava' stop. Once you exit the tram, you will see the monument directly in front of you as you step onto the square.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the Zagreb bus terminal (Autobusni kolodvor), take bus number 109 towards 'Sava Centar'. Get off at the 'Trg Kralja Tomislava' stop. The monument is easily visible from the bus stop; just walk towards the square to see the statue in all its glory.
Walking
If you are near the Croatian National Theatre, exit the theatre and head west. Walk down Trg Republike Hrvatske towards the main street, and continue straight until you reach Trg Kralja Tomislava; the monument will be on your left as you approach the square.
