If you are in the city center, head to the nearest tram station, such as 'Trg bana Jelačića'. Take tram number 11 towards 'Buzin'. After approximately 15 minutes, you will arrive at 'Maksimir' tram stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead (towards the main entrance of the park) for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Park Maksimir.

From the city center, you can also take a bus. Head to the 'Glavni kolodvor' (main bus station) and take bus number 109 towards 'Maksimir'. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Maksimir' bus stop, and walk for about 10 minutes following the signs towards the main entrance of the park, which is located at Maksimirski perivoj 1.
