    Getting There

    Car

    If driving, head towards Sošice village in the Žumberak Mountains. From Sošice, follow road signs to 'Sopote'. GPS coordinates are approximately 45.7644° N, 15.3970° E. Look for a small parking area near the park entrance. Parking is around 20 HRK. From the parking area, walk 15 minutes along a marked trail to the waterfall.

    Public Transport

    Take a bus to Samobor. From Samobor, take a local bus or taxi to Sošice village. From Sošice, follow marked trails towards the waterfall, a 30-minute walk. Bus fare from Zagreb to Samobor is approximately 20-30 HRK. A taxi from Samobor to the trailhead will cost around 100 HRK.

    Hiking

    If already in the Žumberak Mountains, hike to Sopote Waterfall from trails leading from Sošice. The most popular route starts from the village center, following signs to the waterfall. The hike is moderate, taking about 30-45 minutes. Ensure you have water and snacks.
