Walking
From the center of Barber, head southeast on the main road (Weg naar Barber) until you reach the fork. Take the right path towards Jan Thiel. Continue walking straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the roundabout near the beach. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Caracasbaaiweg. Walk straight along this road for approximately 10 minutes. You will see signs for the Caracasbaai old docks. Fort Beekenburg is located near the docks, just off the main road.

From any central location in Barber, locate the nearest bus stop. Take a bus heading towards Jan Thiel. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach Caracasbaaiweg. Once you disembark, walk straight for about 5 minutes towards the docks. Follow the signs directing you to Fort Beekenburg, which is situated near the Caracasbaai old docks.

If you have access to a bike, start from Barber and head southeast along Weg naar Barber. Keep going until you reach the fork and take the right path towards Jan Thiel.
