If you are driving from Caracas Bay, start by heading northwest on Caracasbaaiweg (Road 7). Continue for approximately 10 minutes (around 7 km) until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Schottegatweg, which will lead you towards Willemstad. Follow Schottegatweg for about 5 minutes until you see the signs for Punda. Merge onto Sint Anna Bay Bridge, which will take you into the heart of Willemstad. Once you cross the bridge, take a left onto Sha Caprileskade. The Floating Market will be on your right at number 19. Parking may be available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking in the downtown area.
