From the Queen Emma Bridge in Otrobanda, cross the bridge into Punda. Once in Punda, walk straight ahead towards Breedestraat. The Parliament building will be on your right-hand side, a short walk from the bridge's entrance. This is a free and scenic way to approach the Parliament.

From major bus stations in Willemstad (Punda or Otrobanda), take a Konvoi bus or a smaller 'collectivo' minibus that stops near Breedestraat. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Breedestraat. From there, it's a short walk to the Parliament building. Bus fares are around ANG 2-3 for a short trip. Keep in mind that bus schedules can be infrequent.

Taxis are readily available throughout Willemstad. Simply tell the driver you want to go to the Parliament Building on Breedestraat in Punda. If driving, navigate towards Willemstad and follow signs for Punda. Once in Punda, look for parking spaces near Breedestraat.
