From Groot Kwartier, you can take a bus heading towards Willemstad. Look for a bus route that stops at Otrobanda or specifically requests a stop at John F. Kennedy Boulevard. The bus fare is usually around 2-3 USD. After disembarking the bus, walk towards John F. Kennedy Boulevard and follow the signs for Double Reef, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
