One of the most poignant features of Landhuis Bloemhof is the sculpture studio of May Henriquez, which has been preserved exactly as she left it. The studio is filled with her tools, materials, and unfinished works, providing a tangible connection to her artistic spirit. Beyond the main house, the gardens of Landhuis Bloemhof beckon with their tranquil beauty. Nestled among the greenery, you'll discover the bathhouse, complete with two stone bathtubs, a reminder of the estate's history as a water plantation. In 2020, the Cathedral of Thorns was built in the garden by Herman van Bergen. It is a cathedral and maze constructed using 30 million thorn bushes and was constructed over a five-year period.
