From Jan Thiel, head northwest on Weg naar Jan Thiel (also known as Jan Thiel Road) toward Caracasbaaiweg. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Caracasbaaiweg. Drive for around 4 kilometers until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Kaminda Bieu, which will take you toward Spaanse Water. Follow this road until you see signs for Spaanse Water, where you can park nearby. There may be parking fees, so keep some cash ready just in case.

Public Transportation
From Jan Thiel, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Jan Thiel Road. Take bus number 10, which is headed towards Punda. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Caracasbaaiweg. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Caracasbaaiweg, you will need to walk about 1 kilometer to reach Spaanse Water. Follow the road signs towards Kaminda Bieu, and you should arrive at the lake shortly. Please note that bus fares are around 2.50 ANG (Antillean Guilders).
