From the Queen Emma Bridge in Punda, cross into Otrobanda. Continue straight ahead on Breedestraat, the main shopping street. Turn left onto Hoogstraat. Ser'i Otrobanda viewpoint is located at number 11 Hoogstraat, approximately a 5-10 minute walk from the bridge. Look for the sign indicating the viewpoint.
