Getting there

Car

From Willemstad, head west on Weg naar Westpunt. Turn left onto Weg naar Bullenbaai, following signs for Kokomo Beach. The entrance to the beach will be on your left after approximately 5 minutes (4.7 km). Parking is free in the large parking lot.

Public Transport

Take bus #8A or #8B from Willemstad to Sami Liber. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk to Kokomo Beach, passing Salina Sint Michiel. Alternatively, a taxi from Sami Liber to Kokomo Beach will cost approximately ANG 25-30. A bus Chiki with a route to Kokomo, Daaibooi or Jandoret might also be an option. Bus fare typically ranges from $1 to $2.

Taxi/Ride-Share

A taxi or ride-share from Willemstad to Kokomo Beach will take approximately 20 minutes. The cost is estimated to be around ANG 50-60. Taxi from the cruise port is about $55. Ensure the driver knows the location, as it's slightly off the main road.

Other activities include kayaking and beach volleyball.Visitors can also explore nearby attractions such as the ruins of Fort Vaersenbaai, offering scenic views of Kokomo Beach. As you drive to Kokomo Beach, keep an eye out for flamingos at Salina Sint Michiel.
