From Playa Cas Abou, head east on the main road (Waaigatweg) towards Sint Willibrordus. Continue on this road for about 6 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road towards the 'Kleine Knip' beach. Turn right onto the unnamed road (6W97+RGP). Follow this road for about 1 kilometer and look for the entrance to Seru Mateo Trail on your left. Parking may be limited near the trailhead, so be prepared to walk a short distance if necessary.
