Driving
From Willemstad, take Weg naar Westpunt heading northwest. Follow this main road for approximately 30-40 minutes, passing through villages like Tera Kora and Barber. Look for signs indicating Santa Martha or Soto. Once you reach Soto, follow the signs to Santa Martha Baai. The road leading down to the bay is steep and narrow in places, so drive carefully. Parking is available near the beach. Expect a drive of about 45 minutes to an hour from Willemstad. Parking is free at Mareni Beach.

From Willemstad, take a bus towards Westpunt. These buses usually run hourly from the Otrobanda bus terminal. Ask the driver to drop you off at Soto. From Soto, you can either walk (approximately 30-40 minutes downhill) or take a taxi to Santa Martha Baai. Taxis in Soto may not be readily available, so it's best to arrange a pickup in advance if possible. The bus fare from Willemstad to Soto is approximately 2 ANG. A taxi from Soto to Santa Martha Baai will cost around 20-30 ANG.
