From Saliña, head southeast on Weg naar Westpunt (also known as the main road). Continue driving for about 10 minutes. You will come to a roundabout; take the second exit to stay on Weg naar Westpunt. After about 2 kilometers, you will see a sign for Willemstad. Follow the signs leading to Punda. As you approach the city, keep left to merge onto the road that leads directly into Punda. The bridge is located at the end of the road, and you will find parking options nearby, which may incur a fee depending on the area.

In Saliña, locate the nearest bus stop on Weg naar Westpunt. Take a bus that is heading towards Willemstad. Buses usually run every 30 minutes, and the fare is approximately 2.50 ANG. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Punda area. Once you arrive in Punda, walk towards Kon. Emmabrug (Queen Emma Bridge), which is a short, 10-minute walk from the bus drop-off point. Look for signs directing you towards the waterfront.
