From Willemstad, follow Weg naar Westpunt, Curaçao's main highway heading northwest. The drive is approximately 35-40 minutes. Look for the clearly marked Cas Abao sign on the left, shortly after passing the village of Sint Willibrordus. Turn left onto the unpaved road and follow it for about 10 minutes to reach the beach entrance. There is a well-maintained parking lot near the beach. Note that there is an entrance fee per car, which is typically $6 USD (10 ANG) from Monday to Saturday and $7 USD (12 ANG) on Sundays and holidays. An additional fee of $1.40 USD (2.50 ANG) per person applies for more than four people per car.

Taxis are readily available in Willemstad and can take you directly to Cas Abao Beach. The ride is approximately 35-40 minutes. It's advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand or ensure the taxi has a working meter. Expect to pay around $80-$100 USD for a one-way trip from Willemstad. Ride-sharing services are less common on Curaçao, so taxis are generally the more reliable option. Arrange a pick-up time with your driver for the return trip, as taxis are not always readily available at the beach.
