Walking

From the Queen Emma Bridge in downtown Willemstad, walk east along Handelskade, enjoying the colorful waterfront. Continue onto Kaya Wilhelmina, then turn right onto Kaya L.B. Smith. Seri Kandela will be on your left. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport

From the main bus terminal in Punda (Waaigatplein), take a Konvoi bus or a minibus (collectivo). Buses that pass near Seri Kandela will typically be heading towards the east side of the island. Ask the driver to drop you off near Kaya Reis. From there, walk a short distance to the restaurant. Bus fare is approximately 2-5 ANG.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available throughout Willemstad. Negotiate the fare before starting your ride. A short taxi ride from the city center to Seri Kandela will likely cost between $15-20 USD. Confirm whether the taxi accepts credit cards before you begin your journey.

Driving

From downtown Willemstad, follow the main road (Schottegatweg Oost) east. Turn onto Caracasbaaiweg, then turn left onto Kaya Reis. Seri Kandela will be on your right. Parking is available on the street. Be aware that paid parking is enforced in some areas of Willemstad, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM, at a rate of 1 ANG per hour. Payment can be made via coins at parking meters or through the Flowbird app.
