Walking
Netto Bar is located on Breedestraat in Otrobanda, easily accessible on foot from most points in Willemstad's city center. If you are coming from Punda, cross the Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge. Upon exiting the bridge on the Otrobanda side, turn left and walk along the Breedestraat. Netto Bar will be on your right-hand side, a short distance from the bridge. The walk from the bridge takes only a few minutes and offers a chance to enjoy the colorful architecture and vibrant street life of Otrobanda.
Public Transport
If arriving by bus from other parts of Curaçao, disembark at the Otrobanda bus terminal, which is a short walk from Netto Bar. From the terminal, walk towards the Queen Emma Bridge, then turn right onto Breedestraat. Netto Bar will be on your right. Bus fares within Willemstad are typically around ANG 2-3. Be sure to have small bills or coins, as change may not always be available.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available throughout Willemstad. Ask your driver to take you to Netto Bar on Breedestraat in Otrobanda. A taxi ride from popular tourist areas like Mambo Beach or Jan Thiel Bay will cost approximately ANG 70-90. From the cruise port, a taxi to Netto Bar should cost around ANG 25-30. There is a taxi stand to the left as you come off the Queen Emma bridge. Always confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
Driving
If driving, navigate to Otrobanda and look for parking near Breedestraat. Parking can be challenging during peak hours. Paid parking is enforced from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The rate is set at 1 ANG per hour, with a minimum payment for one hour. Additional parking time can be added for 50 cents per half hour. Parking is free on Sundays and public holidays. You can pay at parking meters using coins or a prepaid parking card, which can be purchased from parking attendants. Alternatively, you can download the Flowbird app to register and pay online using a credit card. There are also free parking options a bit further away, such as near the movies @ otrobanda or the casino next to it. Be prepared to walk a few blocks.
