From Willemstad, take the bus to Westpunt. The bus from Willemstad - Otrabanda Bus to Westpunt runs approximately every 3 hours and costs about $2 USD. Once in Westpunt, you can walk or bike to Wacao, which is about 1.5 kilometers south on Weg Naar Westpunt. Alternatively, local buses or 'BUS' minibuses may pass by Weg Naar Westpunt; check for services heading in that direction and ask the driver to stop near Wacao.
