From Willemstad's Otrabanda bus terminal, take Bus 3C towards Westpunt. The bus departs approximately every two hours. The journey to Lagun takes about 1 hour and 6 minutes and costs $2. Inform the driver you wish to stop at Lagun. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to Playa Lagun.
