Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving to Millomeris Waterfall Trail from Avakas Gorge, start by exiting the gorge area and heading towards the main road. Follow the signs to Pano Platres. You will be taking the E601 road. Continue on this road for approximately 15 km until you reach Pano Platres. Upon entering the village, look for signs to Millomeris Waterfall. You may need to park at the designated parking area near the trailhead, which may have a small fee (around €2-€5 depending on the season). From the parking area, the trail to Millomeris Waterfall is well-marked.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Millomeris Waterfall Trail using public transportation, you will first need to get to Pano Platres from your current location in Avakas Gorge. Check local bus schedules for services heading towards Pano Platres. Once you arrive in Pano Platres, look for local signage or ask for directions to the Millomeris Waterfall Trailhead. It’s a short walk (approximately 1-2 km) from the village center to the trailhead. Be prepared for possible entry fees for parking if you choose to take a taxi to the trailhead directly.
