From Limassol, take the EMEL bus line 40 towards Agios Amvrosios. The bus departs from Archiep. Leontiou A´ - Panagioti Diomidous and arrives at Agios Amvrosios Community Board 1. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes, and tickets cost €2. From the Agios Amvrosios Community Board 1 bus stop, walk north on the main road, then turn left onto Grigores Afxentiou Street. Zambartas Wineries is located at number 39.

From Limassol, a taxi or ride-share to Zambartas Wineries takes approximately 30 minutes and costs between €35 and €50, depending on traffic and time of day. The taxi will take you directly to Grigores Afxentiou 39, Agios Amvrosios.

From Limassol, drive northwest on the A1 and then the B8 towards Agios Amvrosios. Once in Agios Amvrosios, follow signs to Grigores Afxentiou Street. Zambartas Wineries is located at number 39. Parking is available near the winery, but space may be limited during peak season.
