Driving
From Kyrenia city center, follow signs towards Beylerbeyi. The road winds uphill with scenic views. Parking is available near Bellapais Abbey (€3 per day). Limited parking is available at St. Hilarion Castle via a steep, winding road. Be prepared for narrow roads.
Public Transport
From Kyrenia's main bus station, local buses (dolmuş) frequently run to Bellapais. The fare is approximately €2 per person. From Bellapais, you can hike or take a taxi to other parts of the mountains. There is no direct public transport to St. Hilarion Castle; a taxi from Kyrenia is necessary.
Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available in Kyrenia. A taxi from Kyrenia city center to Bellapais Abbey will cost approximately €10-€15. Agree on the fare beforehand. Ride-sharing services are not widely available. A taxi to St. Hilarion Castle will cost around €15-€20.
