Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the city center, make your way to Eleftheria Square. From there, head north along the Ledra Street pedestrian zone until you reach the checkpoint at the Ledra Palace Hotel. Cross the checkpoint into North Nicosia. Once you cross, continue straight on the main road, which is called Atatürk Avenue. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection with Kuyumcular Street. Turn left onto Kuyumcular Street, and the Municipal Market (Bandabulia) will be on your right.

Public Bus
From any point in Nicosia, you can take the local bus to the Terminal. Look for buses heading towards the North Nicosia area. Disembark at the Taksim Square Stop. From Taksim Square, walk north along Atatürk Avenue for approximately 10 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Kuyumcular Street, turn left, and you will find the Municipal Market (Bandabulia) on your right.

If you prefer a taxi, you can easily find one at various points around Nicosia. Simply tell the driver you want to go to the Municipal Market (Bandabulia) on Kuyumcular Street in North Nicosia. The journey should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the market will be visible and easily accessible.
