Getting There
Walking
If you are starting from the Ledra Street crossing point, walk north along Ledra Street until you reach the end. You will reach the Green Line checkpoint. Cross the checkpoint and continue straight on the street, which becomes Atatürk Street. After a short walk, take the first left onto Şehit Hüseyin Ruso Street. Continue straight until you see Büyük Han on your right. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes.
Walking
From the Kyrenia Gate, exit the walls of the Old City. Once outside, walk straight ahead to the first intersection and turn left onto Atatürk Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 km. You will see Büyük Han on your left, just after passing the Turkish Cypriot National Museum. This walk takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
Public Transport
If you are near the city center, head to the nearest bus stop and take a bus that heads towards the northern part of Nicosia. Get off at the 'Büyük Han' stop. From there, it is just a short walk to the entrance of Büyük Han, which should take about 5 minutes. Ensure to check the local bus schedule as service may vary.
