Driving
If driving from Neo Chorio, head southeast on the main road (28FM+J6C) towards the Akamas Peninsula. Continue for approximately 2.5km on the paved dirt track until you reach the Smigies picnic site and parking area. Parking is free. Be aware that rental car restrictions may apply to driving on unpaved roads.
Taxi/Ride-Share
From Neo Chorio, a taxi to the Smigies Nature Trail will cost approximately €15-€20. The journey is short, but this is the most convenient option if you don't have a car. Ensure the driver knows you want to go to the Smigies picnic site, the starting point of the trail.
Public Transport
While there is no direct bus to the Smigies Nature Trail, you can take a bus from Paphos to Polis Chrysochous (€2-€4). From Polis, take the 622 bus towards Baths of Aphrodite. Alight near Neo Chorio and take a taxi to the Smigies picnic site (€15-€20). This option requires planning and coordination.
