    Driving

    From Paphos, take the E701 highway towards Peyia. Turn onto the F706 road, following signs for the Akamas Nature Reserve. Continue on the dirt road for approximately 10 km until you reach the parking area near the 'Lara Area' sign. A 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended due to the rough and bumpy conditions of the dirt road. Parking is free, but limited, especially during peak season. Be aware that the drive from Paphos can take 40-50 minutes. There are no petrol stations or repair facilities nearby, so ensure your vehicle is in good condition.

    Public Transport

    From Paphos, take bus No. 615 to Coral Bay, then switch to bus No. 616 to the turn-off for Avakas Gorge. Inform the driver of your destination in advance. From the bus stop, it's approximately a 2 km walk to Lara Beach. The bus journey will cost a few euros. Check the Paphos bus service website for the most up-to-date schedules and fares.
