From the Tombs of the Kings, head south on Tombs of the Kings Avenue towards the coast. After approximately 1.5 km, turn left onto Poseidonos Avenue (B6). Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto the Paphos-Limassol Road (A6). After about 2 km, take the exit towards Paphos city center.
