Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the main town in the Troodos area, which is Platres. From Platres, head east on the main road (B8) towards Pano Platres. Follow the signs for Pano Platres and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for a small dirt road on your left, near the coordinates VVP7+H2F. This road leads directly to the 200 years old Oak tree. There is limited parking available near the tree.
Public Transportation
For public transportation, take a bus from Limassol to Platres. The bus leaves from the central bus station in Limassol and takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Platres, you can either walk or take a taxi to the 200 years old Oak tree. The taxi ride will take about 5 minutes and should cost around 10-15 euros. If you choose to walk, continue east on the main road (B8) for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn left onto the dirt road leading to the tree.
Walking
If you're already in the Pano Platres area, you can walk to the 200 years old Oak tree. Start at the center of Pano Platres and head east on the main road (B8). Walk for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the dirt road on your left. Follow this dirt road, and you will find the Oak tree at the end. Remember to wear comfortable shoes, as the terrain may be uneven.
