Start your journey in the center of Pano Platres. From the main square, head south on the main road. You will pass a local café and a few small shops. Continue walking straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach a fork in the road. At the fork, take the left path which leads slightly uphill. After around 10 minutes, you will see a signpost indicating the direction to the 200 years old Oak tree. Follow the path, and after another 5 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the magnificent oak tree.
