Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Troodos Square area, head southwest towards the main road (B9). Continue walking towards the direction of the Troodos Forest. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the right path that leads uphill towards the Amiantos area. Follow the signs for the Amiantos Astropark, and after about 1.5 kilometers, you will arrive at your destination. The path is well-marked, but be prepared for some uphill walking.

  • Public Transport

    From Troodos Square, take the local bus service that heads towards the village of Platres. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the stop closest to the Amiantos area. Once you get off the bus, it’s about a 20-minute walk uphill towards the Amiantos Astropark along the B9 road. Be sure to keep an eye on the signs leading to the park.
