Bus
From the Troodos Square, take the local bus heading towards the Platania area. The bus stop is clearly marked, and buses run frequently throughout the day. Make sure to check the schedule for the latest departure times. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Platania bus stop, exit the bus and you will see signs directing you towards the Platania National Reserve. Follow the signs for about 5 minutes on foot to reach the main entrance.

Walking
If you are at Troodos Square, you can also walk to Platania. Start from the square and head down the main road towards the B9 highway. Continue walking along the B9 for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass a few small shops and cafés along the way. Once you see the sign for Platania National Reserve, take the path on your left, which will lead you directly to the reserve entrance. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes.

You can easily find a taxi at Troodos Square. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Platania National Reserve. The taxi ride will be quick, approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the trip, as taxis in the area may not have meters.
