    To reach the Artemis Trail by car, follow the road towards Troodos Square, a central hub in the Troodos Mountains. From Troodos Square, take the Troodos-Prodromos road (E910). After approximately 1.8 km, turn left and continue for about 500 meters to reach the start of the trail. A free parking area is available at the trailhead. Parking at Troodos Square typically costs around €2-€3 for a few hours.

    To reach the Artemis Trail using public transportation, take a bus from Nicosia or Limassol to Troodos Square. From Limassol, bus line 64 runs to Troodos. From Kakopetria, bus line 45 goes to Troodos, and bus line No. 408 runs between Nicosia and Troodos. From Troodos Square, it is approximately a 2.2 km walk uphill on a hiking trail to the Artemis Trail. Bus fares vary depending on the origin, but a single fare typically costs between €4-€6.

The Artemis Trail, named after the Greek goddess of the hunt and wilderness, is a captivating hiking route that encircles Mount Olympus (also known as Chionistra), the highest peak in Cyprus. Situated at an altitude of 1,850 meters, the 7-kilometer trail provides hikers with panoramic vistas in every direction, showcasing the diverse landscapes of the island. The trail winds through the Troodos National Forest Park, a Natura 2000 area, offering a unique opportunity to observe the rich biodiversity of Cyprus. The well-maintained path has only slight changes in gradient, except for a short incline near the Troodos Ski Club.
