    Discover more about 'Ezousa Winery

Located in the picturesque Ezousa Valley near the village of Kannaviou in the Paphos region, Ezousa Winery offers an authentic Cypriot winemaking experience. Established in 2003 by Michalis Constantinides, the winery is a realization of his passion for producing quality wine in his homeland. The winery's name comes from the Ezousa River, which nourishes the local ecosystem. At an altitude of 400 meters, the winery benefits from the valley's fertile soils and mild Mediterranean climate. Ezousa Winery combines traditional Cypriot methods with modern techniques to craft a range of distinctive wines. The vineyards are planted with indigenous varieties like Xynisteri and Maratheftiko, as well as international grapes. Xynisteri produces white wines with crisp acidity and citrus notes, while Maratheftiko yields red wines with rich color and complex aromas. Visitors can taste the white dry “Ayios Chrysostomos”, Maratheftiko, Cabernet Sauvignon, and rosé “Eros”. Visitors are welcomed with Cypriot hospitality and can take guided tours of the vineyards and winery to learn about the winemaking process. Wine tastings allow guests to sample Ezousa's wines, with knowledgeable staff providing insights into each wine's characteristics and food pairings. The winery's location offers views of the surrounding countryside, creating a tranquil setting for relaxation. Ezousa Winery has earned awards and recognition for its commitment to quality and innovation, helping to promote Cyprus as a destination for wine lovers.
