Bus
From the center of Troodos, walk to the nearest bus stop. Take the bus heading towards Paphos. Make sure to check the bus schedule as they may vary. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Kathikas stop. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach a T-junction. Turn left onto Sternas Street, and continue for another 300 meters. Sterna Winery & Wine Museum will be on your right at Sternas 50.

If you enjoy walking, start from the Troodos Square and follow the main road towards the Paphos direction. It is a scenic route but can take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow the signs towards Kathikas, and you'll reach the village. Once in Kathikas, ask locals for directions to Sternas 50, as it's a well-known spot.
