Car
If you are driving, start from the nearest major town in the Beskids, such as Frýdek-Místek. Take the road E75 (I/56) towards Návsí. Continue on this road for about 20 kilometers until you reach the town of Návsí. Once in Návsí, look for signs leading to Rohovec, which is located in the northern part of the town. You will find parking available near the tourist attraction.
Public Transportation
To reach Rohovec via public transportation, first take a bus from Frýdek-Místek to Návsí. Buses run regularly from the Frýdek-Místek bus station; the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Návsí bus station, you can either walk to Rohovec (about a 15-minute walk) or take a local taxi if you prefer not to walk. Be sure to check the local bus schedule for the most accurate departure times.
Walking
If you decide to walk from the Návsí bus station to Rohovec, exit the station and head north on the main road. Follow the signs for Rohovec, which is approximately 1.2 kilometers away. The walk should take about 15 minutes, and you will enjoy the scenic views of the Beskids along the way.
Taxi
If you prefer a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from Frýdek-Místek directly to Rohovec. This option is more expensive, typically costing around 500 CZK. Ensure you book a reputable taxi service or use a ride-hailing app for convenience.
