Car
If you're driving, head towards the town of Křivoklát. From Prague, take the D5 highway towards Plzeň. After about 40 km, take exit 34 for Beroun and follow the signs for Křivoklát (approximately 30 km). Upon reaching Křivoklát, follow the signs to the castle, which is located at Křivoklát 47. There is parking available near the castle.
Public Transportation
To reach Křivoklát Castle by public transport from Prague, start at the Prague main train station (Hlavní nádraží) and take a train towards Beroun. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Beroun, transfer to a bus (Bus number 560) that goes directly to Křivoklát. The bus ride will take around 25 minutes. Get off at the Křivoklát stop, and the castle is a short 10-minute walk from there, following the signs towards Křivoklát 47.
