Continue on D1 for approximately 45 km. Take the exit towards 'Praha 5' and follow signs for the city center. Once you reach the center, look for parking options such as 'Kampa' or 'Myslíkova' parking garages near the Old Town. Be aware that parking in the city center can be costly, around 40 CZK per hour. After parking, it's a short walk to the Old Town Bridge Tower.

Public Transportation - Train

To reach the Old Town Bridge Tower from Pálava using public transport, first take a train from the nearest station (e.g., Mikulov) to Prague Main Station (Praha Hlavní Nádraží). The train ride will take about 2 hours. Upon arrival at Prague Main Station, transfer to the 'C' metro line towards 'Letňany'. Get off at 'Muzeum' station and switch to the 'A' line towards 'Depo Hostivař'. Travel 2 stops and alight at 'Staroměstská' station. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town Bridge Tower. The total public transport cost will be approximately 200 CZK for the train and metro.
