Public Transport - Tram
If you are starting at the Brno Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), exit the station and head to the nearby tram stop called 'Hlavní nádraží'. Take tram number 1 or 2 in the direction of 'Bystrc - Kamechy' or 'Kohoutovice'. Get off at the stop 'Špitálka'. From there, walk straight down Špitálka street until you reach a fork. Take the left path onto Kotlářská street. The Botanical Garden will be on your right at Kotlářská 2.

Public Transport - Bus
From the city center, you can take bus number 67 from the 'Moravské náměstí' bus stop. Board the bus heading towards 'Kohoutovice'. Get off at the stop 'Mendlovo náměstí'. From there, follow the signs to the tram stop and take tram number 1 or 2 towards 'Bystrc - Kamechy'. Get off at 'Špitálka' and walk down Špitálka street until you reach Kotlářská street. The Botanical Garden will be on your right.

Walking
If you are nearby the city center, you can walk to the Botanical Garden. Start from the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul and head southeast on Petrov Hill. Continue down the hill towards the Brno Observatory and Planetarium. Follow the signs towards the Botanical Garden, which is roughly a 20-minute walk from the Cathedral. You will reach Kotlářská street, and the garden entrance is located at Kotlářská 2.
