Expect to pay around 40 CZK per hour for street parking.

Public Transportation (Train + Tram)
Take a train from your location in Central Bohemia to Prague Main Station (Praha Hlavní Nádraží). From there, transfer to tram line 22 in the direction of 'Bubeneč'. Get off at the 'Malostranské náměstí' stop. From the tram stop, walk towards the Petřín Hill, which is clearly signposted. The walk will take approximately 10-15 minutes. A single ticket for the train and tram costs around 40 CZK.
