Public Transport - Bus
From the center of České Budějovice, head to the main bus station (Autobusové nádraží). You can catch bus number 30 towards Třísov. The bus departs regularly, so check the schedule for exact times. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Třísov' stop. From there, follow the signs to 'Dívčí Kámen' which is about a 15-minute walk. Head west on the main road (Hlavní) and look for a path leading into the woods. Continue following the marked trail until you reach the Maiden stone.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in the city center. Start from the main square (Náměstí Přemysla Otakara II) and head towards the river (Vltava). Follow the bike path along the riverbank to the south. After about 10 km, you will reach Třísov. Upon entering the village, look for signs leading to Dívčí Kámen, which is about a 5-minute ride from the center of Třísov. Lock your bike at the designated bike parking area and walk the remaining distance to the Maiden stone.
Walking
If you are up for a longer walk, start at the main square (Náměstí Přemysla Otakara II) and head towards the Vltava River. Walk along the riverbank heading south. You will eventually reach the path leading to Třísov. This route is approximately 9 km and will take about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Třísov, follow the signs to Dívčí Kámen, which is about a 15-minute walk from the village center. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
