Walking
If you are starting from the main square (náměstí Svornosti) in Český Krumlov, head southwest towards the castle. Walk along the street called Široká, which will lead you straight to the castle entrance. Once at the castle, follow the signs to the Castle Gardens (Zámecká zahrada). As you enter the gardens, continue walking until you reach the Kaskádová fontána, which is located at K Zámecké zahradě 176. The fountain is an impressive tiered structure, and you will find it surrounded by beautiful greenery.

If you are near the Egon Schiele Art Centrum, exit the center and head towards the Vltava River. Cross the river using the nearest bridge, and then continue towards the castle. Follow the path that leads up to the Castle Gardens. Once inside the gardens, walk along the main pathway, and you will soon see the Kaskádová fontána on your left.
