From the center of Český ráj, head northeast on the road E442 towards Turnov. Continue on E442 for approximately 15 km until you reach the town of Turnov. In Turnov, follow the signs for Szklarska Poręba, which will guide you to the road 35. Take road 35 towards Szklarska Poręba. After about 10 km, you will see signs for Kamieńczyk Waterfall. Follow these signs and park at the designated parking area near the waterfall. The waterfall is a short walk from the parking area.
