Walking
If you're starting from the center of Hradec Králové, head towards the Hradec Králové Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. From there, walk down the Hradec Králové main square (Velké náměstí) until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with the street called Špitálská. Cross the street and continue straight onto the pedestrian street called Gočárova třída. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the bus station (Hlavní nádraží). At the bus station, catch a bus to Pardubice. Buses run frequently and take about 20 minutes to get to Pardubice. Once you arrive at Pardubice, exit the bus station and head east towards Zelenobranská Street. Follow Zelenobranská Street for about 5 minutes until you see the Green Gate (Zelená brána) on your right.
