If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Jeseník. Head southwest on Hlavní towards the E442 highway. Merge onto E442 and continue for about 12 km. Take the exit towards Stronie Śląskie. Follow the signs to Stronie Śląskie, which is approximately 10 km away. Once in Stronie Śląskie, look for signs leading to Przełęcz Działowe Siodło. There is parking available near the access point to the hiking trails. Note that parking may incur a small fee.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Jeseník to Stronie Śląskie. Buses run regularly from the main bus station in Jeseník. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Stronie Śląskie, you may need to walk or take a taxi to reach the trailhead for Przełęcz Działowe Siodło. Taxis should be available near the bus station; the fare to the trailhead will be around 100 CZK.
